Contact Plus Size Edit: Corrections, Questions and Brands

We read everything that arrives and usually reply within five business days. There is no contact form, so nothing you send passes through a third-party form service.

Corrections

Brands change their size ranges and makers revise their weight ratings, so a guide can go out of date between checks. If you spot something wrong, tell us:

the page address,
the line or table row that is wrong,
where you saw the correct figure (a link to the maker’s page or size chart is ideal).

We check it against the source, fix the article and update its date. If we decide the original was right, we will reply and say why.

Questions about a guide

Ask away, with one limit: we can explain what a brand’s chart or a maker’s rating says, but we cannot promise how something will fit your body or whether a product suits a medical need. For equipment used after surgery or for mobility, your doctor or therapist is the right person to ask.

Ideas for new guides

If you have been hunting for a number nobody publishes, such as a weight limit, a seat width or the top size in a range, send us the product type and what you need to know. Reader questions are where most of our guides start.

Brands, retailers and press

We are glad to hear from brands that publish real numbers. The most useful things you can send are size charts in inches, weight ratings with the conditions behind them, and the date a range or spec changed.

Please note that a product we have been told about is not guaranteed a mention. Press and interview requests go to the same address.

Things we cannot help with

Plus Size Edit does not sell anything. For orders, sizing exchanges, returns or delivery, contact the retailer you bought from.

Your data

Emails you send are used only to answer you. The privacy policy explains how long we keep them and how to ask us to delete them.
